Bride & Groom Questionnaire
For your convenience, this questionnaire is divided into THREE STEPS. After filling out each step, be sure to click "Submit" for each one! This will automatically forward your responses to me and will help me understand your expectations for your big day! I highly recommend using a computer (or some other device than your phone) for filling out these forms as they require a lot of typing.

Step 1: Basic Information
Where I learn all about your wedding day! Please share as many details as possible!
Here are a few tips to know beforehand:
1. Make sure there is natural light in the room where the bride will be getting ready (window light). This makes a WORLD of difference in your images!
2. If possible, try to have all bridal details together before the photographer arrives. (Dress, jewelry, shoes, bouquet, garter, veil, etc) This will make the detail shots faster!
3. Keep the area near the window free of trash, bags, snacks, etc. This will be where the bride will be putting on her dress.
4. Allow more time than you think you need to get ready! It’s better to be safe than RUSHED!
5. Relax and have fun! You’re getting MARRIED!!
Step 2: Wedding Vendor Information
Please complete whatever information applies to your wedding. Include website and email contacts for vendors. This information is important in the event of an emergency on the wedding day and it is also needed if your wedding is submitted for publication (magazines or blogs). Any details/descriptions help ensure that I capture everything that has sentimental value to you.
Step 3: Family Formals
Family formals do not have to take up a big chunk of time. However, I can only shoot these portraits quickly if we plan in advance. Include first names to help organize the process.

Please inform me of any family members that may not get along and/or may not want to be grouped with a certain other family members so that we can avoid and awkward interactions during family formals.
